1. Refund for Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within 30 business days from the date of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
We take delivery reliability seriously, and we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely shipping.
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted via email to info@kiiwiishop.com with proof of purchase.
3. Refund Details
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund as follows:
- Product Price will be refunded minus 3% to cover payment processing fees.
- Air Shipping Fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
